Meet Rosa
La Patrona Food Truck comes from the mind of Rosa Ulloa, a Salvadoran mom of three with a dream of making and serving authentic Mexican/Salvadoran fusion food to the local community. Together with her family, she has been serving the Centennial, Colorado area since August of 2024.
Every dish from La Patrona is made from scratch; we cut our own vegetables, blend our own salsas, and make our own marinades. We believe that great food starts with high-quality ingredients, prepared fresh daily to bring bold, vibrant flavors straight to your plate.
